Ingredients:

Puffed rice (murmura), Chopped onion, Chopped tomato (seeds removed), Boiled and chopped potato (optional), Sev (thin crispy gram flour noodles), green chutney (mint-coriander), tamarind chutney (imli chutney)

Steps to Make Bhel:

1. Prep the ingredients – Chop onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and coriander. Keep chutneys ready.

2. Mix base items – In a large bowl, take puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and peanuts.

3. Add chutneys – Add green chutney and tamarind chutney as per taste. Mix well.

4. Season – Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.

5. Serve immediately – Enjoy fresh and crunchy!

Tip: Prepare all items in advance but mix just before serving so it doesn’t become soggy.
