Actual cooking a dish in kitchen… Would love to make Gulab jamuns. Let me try writing a recepie;

Chitale’s premix ( all good cooks must be having laughing riots because premix in itself shows lack of skill…but as I always say… Doing something is better than nothing 😀)
Use sufficient water, milk to make a dough.
Make small balls, so traditionally people make round balls. But if you are innovative you can change the shape. I did.
Fry these dough balls until they become brownish (payment attention while frying else they turn black/ I know this very basic but still… One needs to consider this waiting time)
Same time have prepare sugar syrup. Water + sugar – with pinch of saffron + cardamom (pinch is very dicey measurement so please use your discretion for flavour)
Rose petals if anyone is too excited, but remember you give justice to the name of the dish: Gulab means 🌹 rose. so yes, you can add petals, Gulkand, or rose water
Add fried Balls in sugar syrup, let them rest for a while. Then appreciation is all yours, trust me!!
