After the Covid pandemic, my approach to life has changed in a meaningful and lasting way. I have become more conscious about my health and overall well-being. “Eat healthy, stay healthy” has become my guiding motto.
I now prefer cooking at home, as it gives me control over the ingredients and ensures freshness and hygiene. Home-cooked meals not only nourish the body but also bring a sense of comfort and connection with family.
I make a conscious effort to include organic vegetables in my diet. They are free from harmful chemicals. Organic vegetables are better for long-term health. Choosing natural and wholesome food has helped me feel more energetic and mindful about what I consume.
Beyond food habits, I have also adopted basic cleanliness practices as part of my daily routine. I continue to wear masks in crowded places. I maintain personal hygiene, and I am mindful of sanitation. These small yet significant steps help protect not only me but also those around me.
The pandemic taught me that health is truly the greatest wealth. By making these lifestyle changes, I aim to lead a balanced, safe, and healthier life in the years ahead.
