This is horrible thing to happen. But as we all know we have no control on future. What is going to happen will happen.
We can back calculate to determine if it has anything to do with our deeds. It may also be related to behavior or a simple mistake. If it does, stop blaming destiny, people or circumstances around and start focusing on what we have in our hand. Focus on present and future instead of past. This will help us to survive. What eventually matters is how you walked along the road not where you reached.
