Not everytime high risks pay off. There is something called as calculated risk which includes calculation about failures related to overconfident adventures and plan Bs just in case.
So we called our friends with kids for lunch. Menu was pretty simple 😔…
Garlic bread with twist…
Spaghetti with pink sauce…
and Cream caramel!!
And can you imagine, everything went wrong.
A day before we came to know that our refrigerator is not working properly so Cream caramel may not set… And it didn’t as expected because with prayers you can reach god but can not set Cream.
We thought that we will just add cheese garlic butter in sour bread it will taste grand…as we saw it in some video. But it’s not always true… The whole tasted as is…sour bread…garlic butter and cheese…
Sp suddenly we decided to serve welcome drink as watermelon mojito.That turned out drinkable but it took a lot of time and till then spaghetti was getting cooked. So we served spaghetti pieces…shame… We have not called our friends again till date…
I understood real value of food then …It has a capacity of making or breaking … or should I say shaking your confidence!!!
