When I started cooking I tried Pav-bhaji… And cook this dish till date and find it very easy to cook and delicious to taste. Now as I was about to choose a snap…I see that I have never clicked a photo of this dish… So, it adds to my to do list!!
I always had a dream of learning how to make… Am still learning but now with a good recepie and planning, preparation and availablity of resources, I like baking breads, cakes and pizza…

All types of Maharashtriyan sweets, sweetened roties, Gulab jamun, modaks, or laddus…


The tempting ones like Bhel, chinese bhel…which is almost indianized version…

Cooking is also everyday learning thing ..so enjoying this… Many a times it does become monotonous when it comes down to everyday tiffins … But seems cool when I could add a few clicks so quickly in a blog…. happy…happy cooking!!!
