Perfect for Ganesh Chaturthi!

Ingredients:
Filling (Saran):1 cup grated coconut, ¾ cup jaggery
Outer Dough (Ukad):1 cup rice flour, 1¼ cup water, 1 tsp butter
Steps:
1. Filling: Cook coconut and jaggery in ghee till it thickens slightly. Add cardamom and let it cool.
2. Dough: Boil water with ghee and salt. Add rice flour, mix well. Cover and steam for 2 mins. Cool slightly and knead into soft dough.
3. Shape: Make small cups from dough, fill with coconut mix, pleat and close to form modaks.
4. Steam: Place modaks in steamer for 10–12 mins. Serve warm with ghee.
