There are a few things we don’t have any control on. Which is the rotation of earth. Because of that we all are bound to get AGE 😊
No matter how much we strive, memory and reflexes slow down. And eventually your requirement for any job reduces and world expects or some times compel you to retire.
We can extend that time. This can be achieved by constantly brushing up our skills. We should learn new things and exercise to remain active. As long as you are independent in terms of thoughts and actual movement, you need not retire.
