I don’t think I will go to those whom I admire for advice. These two are different things. The qualities that we admire, or respect generally one wishes to possess. So, their advices may be general but people who know us can give us better advice.
So to make a list of people I admire, I think those who are consistent, systematic, and sincere in whatever they do or those who are outstanding in their careers, be it sports, education, literature, finance, or any other field.
As long as advice is concerned, I will consider what my family or friends have to say.

Vocabulary Verbs
Keigo are honorific expressions. talking in formal situations, they are divided into 2 types, sonkeigo and kenjyogo.
Here are few examples in kenjyogo.
mairimasu – go, come (respectful equivalent of ikimasu, kimasu)
orimasu – to be (imasu)
itadakimasu – eat, drink (respectful equivalent of tabemasu, nomimasu)
maushimasu – say (respectful equivalent of iimasu)
itashimasu – do (respectful equivalent of shimasu)
keikenshimasu – see, look (respectful equivalent of mimasu)
zon ji desu – know (respectful equivalent of shitte imasu)
ukagaimasu – ask, hear, visit (respectful equivalent of kikimasu, ikimasu)
omeni kakarimasu – meet (respectful equivalent of aimasu)
iremasu – to make (coffee)
youshimasu – prepare
