I believe there are a few essential life skills everyone should learn swimming being one of them. For me, learning to swim was a huge risk because I had a deep fear of water.
Taking on something you’re unsure about can shake your confidence, sometimes permanently. But I chose to face that fear, and now I can swim. It’s no longer something I’m afraid of, and it’s no longer a regret. I’ve realized that every important life skill comes with some level of risk. But if we’re willing to face that risk, even making the smallest progress proves we’re equipped to survive.
So, all the best one and all, check if you all have these skills in place…if not… Today is the day!!!
