What makes you nervous?

Insufficient information can make an individual nervous because uncertainty breeds anxiety.

When someone lacks clear facts or direction, their mind often fills the gaps with worst-case scenarios.

This ambiguity can lead to overthinking, hesitation, and fear of making the wrong decisions. The unknown triggers a natural stress response, as the brain struggles to predict outcomes or prepare for challenges.

In critical situations like interviews, exams, or emergencies this lack of clarity can erode confidence and hinder performance.

Without enough information, individuals feel unprepared. They feel vulnerable and out of control. This intensifies nervousness and can even lead to mental and emotional exhaustion.
