One major positive change I’ve made in life is learning to embrace technological advancements instead of resisting them.
Let’s face it—no matter how much we cry, complain, or feel grumpy about it, technology is here to stay. It evolves at a pace we can’t stop, and the sooner we accept that, the better.
The biggest fear we face is feeling replaceable. We start resenting the very tools designed to help us.
I personally struggled with this when ChatGPT entered the scene.
Ask anything…was terrifying!!! 😔
It felt like a threat—a hurdle that made me question my own skills and creativity. Was I still needed?

But over time, I realised I could either resist it or adapt. I chose the latter. I began looking at ChatGPT not as a replacement, but as a tool—a collaborator. Whether it’s for brainstorming, learning, or improving productivity, it’s now a part of my creative process.
The brighter side is, when we learn to work with technology, not against it, we grow. We free up our time for deeper thinking and innovation. It’s not about being replaced—it’s about evolving. And that shift in mindset has been a truly positive change in my life.
