शरदि न वर्षति गर्जति

वर्षति वर्षासु नि:स्वनो मेघ:।

नीचो वदति न कुरुते

न‌ वदति सुजन: करोत्येव।।

शरद ऋतूत मेघ नुसताच गरजतो, वर्ष ऋतूत मेघ गरजत नाहीत तर बरसतो, दुष्ट व्यक्ती सतत बडबडतात काही करीत नाहीत. सज्जन बोलत नाहीत तर करून दाखवतात.
 
In the autumn the clouds are noisy but there are no rains, in the rainy season there are heavy rains with no noise, the behavior of wicked people is just like the autumn clouds, they blabber more than they actually do.
