निरस्तपादपे देशे एरण्डोsपि द्रुमायते ||

जिथे विद्वानांचे वास्तव्य नसते तेथे कमी बुद्धीचा माणूसच स्तुतीस पात्र ठरतो. जसे झाडेच नसलेल्या ठिकाणी एरंडीचे झाड वृक्ष मानले जाते.
 
Where there are no scholars, only a man of little intellect is worthy of praise. As in places where there are no trees, the castor plant is considered a tree.
