द्राक्षा म्लानमुखी जाता शर्करा चाश्मनां गता ।

सुभाषितरसास्वादात् सुधा भीता दिवंगता ।।

 
Draksha mlaanmukhee jaataa sharkara chaashmanam gataa |

subhaashitarasaasvaadaat sudha bheetaa divangataa ||

 
सुभाषितांच्या गोडीपुढे द्राक्षाची गोडी कमी ठरते, साखर तर दगडच बनून जाते. इतकेच नाही तर सुभाषितांचा रसासमोरून साक्षात अमृत घाबरून स्वर्गात पळून गेले.
